2. Tax identification
NimboCDN is not registered for VAT in the European Union. Sales to customers in the European Union are made through Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe is the seller of record for those transactions, charges the VAT of your country, remits it and issues the invoice. The invoice you receive carries Stripe’s tax details, not ours.

Write to hello@nimbocdn.net. It is a mailbox a person reads, not a form that files a ticket. For anything about your data, the same address works and the privacy policy explains what happens next.
4. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, write to us first: it is faster than any other route. If we cannot settle it, a consumer resident in the European Union can go to the dispute resolution body of their country — the European Commission keeps the list of them at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We do not adhere to any of them in advance, and we are not obliged to.
The old European ODR platform no longer exists: Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 shut it down on 20 July 2025. Any site still linking to it is pointing you at a dead door.
